The ARR Luck of the Draw is an 8K and 2 Mile Run featuring unique race mementos, prizes, and fun! Luck of the Draw is hosted at beautiful Rio Vista Park in Peoria and features an out-and-back course.

Prizes
Each finisher will receive a playing card when the finish the race. Door prizes will be given away based on the card selected. If more than one person has the same card, another card will be selected from a different deck. High card wins! Door prizes are given away beginning at 9:00 a.m.

Awards
Awards are given to the top five overall finishers (male/female) in the 2 Mile Fun Run. Awards are given to the top five overall walkers (male/female) in the 8K. In the 8K run, awards are given to the top three finishers overall (no double-dipping) and the top three finishers in the following age groups (male/female): 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 and over.

Race Mementos
Each year the Luck of the Draw features a different race memento. In 2011, technical hats were given. Race mementos are guaranteed only to runners who pre-register and pick up their item before gun time.

• Kids 17 and under run for free (no race memento included with free entry). Use the Kids Entry Form.
• Race day registration opens at 6:00 a.m. and closes at 7:15 a.m. Payment by cash or check only.
